Each visit is mow, trim, edge and blow the walks, weekly or every other week, priced by yard size. Most city lots in Kansas City land in Small or Medium.
Medium yard
4,000 to 8,000 sq ft. A typical city lot with a side yard.

Every other week costs more per visit than weekly. Bagging, hauling, tall grass, steep slopes and locked gates are priced by text before the first visit.

A clean cut and a sharp line along walks, drives and beds, every week or every other.
Trimming and blowing
Fence lines, tree bases and steps get trimmed. Walks, drive and street edge get blown clean.
Spring and fall clean-ups
Leaves, sticks and winter mess raked, bagged and hauled, priced by the yard after a look.
Overgrown yards
Grass past the knee gets cut down in stages, then moved onto a regular cut.

Before you book
What does a mow cost?
It depends on yard size. Small yards, big lots and the sizes between each have their own price for one visit of mowing, trimming, edging and blowing. Tall grass, steep slopes and locked gates change the price, and we text the number before the first visit.
How soon can you start, and how long does a visit take?
We text you a start day when you send your address. A small yard takes a short visit, and a big lot takes longer. Your day stays the same each week unless rain moves it.
What happens in rain or heat?
Wet grass doesn't cut cleanly, so we move your visit to the next dry day and text you. In a hot, dry spell we raise the blade and mow less often. You can skip any week by text.
How do I pay?
After each visit, by cash, card, Cash App or Venmo, or monthly if you'd rather. Stop or skip by text.
